Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to grow into leadership roles across stores and districts. This role partners with the General Manager to drive store performance, develop team capabilities, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The AGM will manage shifts, monitor daily operations, and mentor team members while upholding Caribou's core values. The position emphasizes growth, leadership development, and a strong customer-service mindset in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
Must be at least 18 years old.
