KBP Brands in Westbrook, ME is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC location to lead a team, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage daily operations. You will drive profitability while upholding brand standards and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of AGM experience in quick service or retail, are 18+, and can close the restaurant two nights weekly.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk through full shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
