LV Petroleum is seeking an AGM for Sbarro's located inside our fast-paced travel center. If you are a restaurant leader with a passion for providing exceptional guest service, this role may be for you.

You will lead staff, manage operations, monitor costs, and ensure safety and compliance while driving sales and guest satisfaction. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); hospitality management degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Time management and communication skills essential for a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in operations, food quality, and staff performance.

Responsabilités

• Staff Management & Leadership: recruit, train, onboard, supervise, motivate, delegate, and evaluate staff.
• Customer Service: ensure high guest satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, model excellent service.
• Financial Management: monitor expenses, labor costs, and inventory; assist with payroll and daily financial records.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed; enforce procedures.
• Marketing & Promotion: assist with local marketing and promotions to drive sales and awareness.
• Reporting & Communication: regularly report to GM on operations, staff, and financial status; provide improvement feedback.
