Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold Sonic standards. You will lead training, scheduling, and performance management with the Managing Partner, driving growth initiatives and protecting the brand.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic’s brand reputation.
