Behind the Screens is seeking a high-performing Ads Manager to help founders scale their reach and revenue through strategic paid advertising. You will set up campaigns, optimize, analyze data, and report results to clients, working with a team to implement funnel, retargeting, and creative coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have experience building and managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication to articulate results and next steps to clients.
• Available to work 10–15 hours/week initially, with potential for growth to full-time.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Build audiences, install tracking, and craft ad sets with compelling copy and creative.
• Monitor performance, run tests, adjust targeting, and optimize for ROI.
• Track key metrics and provide clear reports showing trends and next steps.
• Align funnel elements (landing pages, emails, lead magnets) with ad strategy.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers for ad assets.
• Adhere to SOPs and participate in training as provided.
• Support retargeting, scaling opportunities, and creative coordination.
