Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Wayne, PA seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily clinic activities and drive scalable growth. You will monitor processes, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while supporting a high-performing clinical team.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in Behavioral Health, knowledge of accounting/finance, EMR/EHR proficiency, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health Industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills.
• Leadership Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management for clinic operations.
• Collaborate on growth strategies and process implementation.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team.
• Act as client-care liaison with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper training and documentation compliance.
• Oversee budgets and department expenses.
• Ensure safety for employees and clients.
• Maintain reports and support compliance projects.
