Shook Construction Co. is seeking a senior business development leader to drive strategic growth in the Water Resources and Industrial markets across the Mid-Atlantic.

You will lead annual plans, manage pursuit activities, and optimize Cosential CRM for proactive client engagement. You will expand relationships with engineers, owners, and decision-makers, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and recruit top talent to support growth, while representing the firm in community and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management.
• 7+ years of AEC industry experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods preferred.
• Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, execute, and lead annual business plans for Water Resources and Industrial markets in the Mid-Atlantic.
• Forecast sales pipeline alignment with staffing capacity and resources.
• Lead project pursuits from planning through client engagement and proposals.
• Support Cosential CRM optimization for relationship management.
• Lead monthly business development calls and coordinate near- and long-term activities.
• Recruit and develop talent aligned with strategic growth and client needs.
• Expand client relationships with engineers, owners, and decision-makers in target sectors.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote alternative delivery projects and campaigns.
• Represent Shook in public activities and sponsorships; measure PR impact.
