You will develop clients, mentor professionals, oversee projects and budgets, and drive market share in water and non-water work for public agencies.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in business development and project management in water/wastewater.
• PE license and a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong sales traits and ability to win new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial metrics; contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing clients in Charleston and coastal markets.
• Lead staffing and staffing of projects and teams.
• Drive market growth and propose strategies with leadership.
• Oversee projects and Engineering Managers; ensure project success.
• Represent Black & Veatch in client workshops, presentations, and meetings.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets and financial metrics.
