Job summary

Daily Mail US is seeking a Director of Subscription Growth to own the US subscriber growth and subscription revenue. This senior leader will partner with London and US teams to shape acquisition, registration, paywall, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.

You will build a high-performing team in New York, set ambitious targets, and translate performance data into actionable experiments and budget decisions. Hybrid role based in New York City with strong advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in subscription, membership, or direct-to-consumer growth.
• Direct accountability for subscription revenue and net subscriber additions.
• Strong financial fluency: CPA, CAC, payback, contribution margin, LTV.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own US subscription growth targets, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Develop and execute US growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead paid acquisition strategy, channel mix, and testing roadmap.
• Collaborate with product, pricing, CRM, analytics, and editorial teams.
