Daily Mail US is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own US subscriber acquisition through paid search and paid social campaigns. You will forecast, measure, and optimize performance while partnering with Analytics, Editorial, and Finance to align with growth targets.

The role requires hands-on channel management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across US and international teams. This position offers growth within a global media organization.

Qualificações

• At least four years of paid-media experience.
• Direct accountability for acquisition cost, subscriber volume, revenue, or another direct-response target.
• Strong working knowledge of attribution, incrementality, margin, and payback.
• Experience building forecasts, managing budgets, and translating campaign data into clear actions.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with platform and internal performance data.
• Strong communication and collaboration across US and international teams.
• Experience in subscriptions, media, publishing, or another high-volume consumer business preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own US paid media performance against agreed acquisition cost, payback, and channel-budget targets.
• Build and maintain channel-level forecasts, monitor performance, and adjust when off-plan.
• Allocate investment across campaigns based on subscriber value, efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage paid search and paid social campaigns end-to-end (build, bid, budget, audience, optimization).
• Maintain platform hygiene and ensure campaigns support accurate analysis.
• Monitor market and platform changes and adjust tactics to protect performance.
• Partner with Analytics and Data on tracking, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
• Translate campaign results into clear spend, channel mix, and growth recommendations.
• Develop and manage a testing roadmap across creative, messaging, offers, audiences, and landing pages.
• Document results and scale successful approaches; test new platforms and formats to broaden channels.
• Work with global subscriptions, Audience Development, Editorial, Analytics, and Finance on planning and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members as the team grows.
