Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Director of Growth to lead our Product organization focused on customer and business growth for a global direct-to-consumer subscription business.

Own the full-funnel growth strategy—from acquisition through retention—and build an experimentation engine with a fast learn-and-ship cadence of A/B tests.

This hybrid role is based in Frisco, TX or Newport Beach, CA with onsite visits as needed; collaborate with marketing, payments, finance and legal to drive revenue and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a growth/product org focused on customer acquisition, monetization and retention.
• Strong grasp of subscription economics (ARPU, LTV, churn) and experiments.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Frisco, TX or Newport Beach, CA with occasional onsite visits.

Responsibilities

• Set and translate growth strategy into a prioritized, measurable roadmap.
• Build and scale an experimentation engine with rapid learn-and-ship cycles.
• Optimize the purchase experience across devices and channels to maximize conversion.
• Design pricing, offers, and packaging tests to boost ARPU and take-rate.
• Drive retention and LTV through data-informed interventions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Growth team and collaborate with senior leadership.
