Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to expand the consumer footprint by optimizing the end-to-end funnel—from acquisition through paid conversion. This data-driven role emphasizes onboarding, activation, and rapid experimentation across millions of users worldwide.

The position is hybrid; candidates must be within commutable distance to key office hubs and be able to work from home when not on-site. You will partner with UX, Engineering, and Marketing to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in Growth PM (B2C/D2C SaaS or high-volume consumer tech).
• Proven track record of driving experiments that move acquisition, activation, or ARR.
• Experience with modern growth stacks and analytics platforms for A/B test analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Funnel: define and execute the product strategy and experimentation roadmap for user acquisition, activation, and free-trial conversion loops.
• Run rapid experimentation: design, deploy, and analyze high-velocity tests to optimize onboarding, paywalls, checkout, and engagement triggers.
• Drive data-led prioritization: manage the growth backlog based on ROI, business impact, and statistical significance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
• Deepen data analytics: work with Data Science to uncover bottlenecks and build funnel dashboards.
• Focus on monetization: build growth hooks that deliver value and long-term retention.
