McAfee, Inc. in Frisco, TX / Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Director of Growth to lead our Product organization focused on customer and business growth for a global, direct-to-consumer subscription business.

You will own the customer commerce funnel from discovery to retention, and lead a high-performing growth PM team working with marketing, payments, finance, and legal to drive revenue and retention.

Responsibilities

• Set the growth strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap with measurable quarterly goals.
• Build and scale an experimentation engine with hypothesis design, statistical rigor, and rapid A/B testing cycles.
• Optimize the purchase experience to maximize conversion across markets and devices.
• Design and run pricing, offers, and packaging tests to grow ARPU and take-rate without hurting conversion or retention.
• Drive retention and LTV through data-informed onsite and in-app interventions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Growth team, developing future leaders.
• Partner with eCommerce, marketing, payments, data, and finance to turn capabilities into commercial wins.
• Report results transparently to leadership and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
