Draeger is seeking a Sr Director, Sales & Marketing based anywhere in the United States. The role leads growth and profitability across markets, product portfolios, and geographic regions, developing go-to-market strategies and building strong customer and channel relationships.

Responsibilities include leading sales, marketing, and BD teams, driving revenue growth, expanding into new markets, and aligning regional plans with global product management and senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 7–10 years in sales or BD leadership for PPE products.
• Experience leading field sales teams or BDMs.
• Proficient in CRM forecasting and pipeline management.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.
