Draeger, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Sr Director, Sales & Marketing to lead growth and profitability across markets, product portfolios, and geographies.

This executive role develops and executes go-to-market strategies, drives organic growth, and builds strong customer and channel partner relationships. You will lead sales, business development, product management and marketing teams, manage budgets, and ensure revenue, profitability, and strategic objectives are achieved.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training and experience.
• 7–10 years sales / business development leadership experience for personal protective products to industry.
• Experience leading field sales teams/BDM or other team preferred.
• Trained and knowledgeable in CRM software for forecasting and managing customer interactions.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams of Business Development Managers and marketing professionals.
• Drive effective sales funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline growth.
• Ensure adoption of value-selling methodologies and customer-focused sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, end users, and channel partners.
