Odyssey Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Director of Provider Relationship, Eating Disorder Network, to drive business development across clinics and states. You will mobilize growth strategies, educate providers and payors, and build a trusted provider network to refer to Odyssey’s clinical services.

You will partner with leaders to set targets, monitor performance, and remove obstacles to growth. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of business development/sales experience in behavioral health,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, health administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development/sales.
• Experience in behavioral health treatment services.

Responsabilidades

• Builds state- and clinic-level strategic growth plans using data and market insights.
• Collaborates with leadership to communicate and champion growth initiatives.
• Develops innovative growth approaches and partners with operations.
• Develops retention strategies for top accounts and new opportunities.
• Monitors and reports trends and ROI for growth initiatives.
• Trains onboarding and customer service teams on processes.
