Odyssey Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Director of Provider Relationship, Outpatient Network, to lead growth and alliances for clinic-based operations. The role leverages data, stakeholders, and Payor relationships to expand referrals and improve patient access across Odyssey’s outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, health administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in behavioral health treatment services.
• Experience leading business development teams to meet goals and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Builds state and clinic level strategic growth plans using utilization data.
• Collaborates with location leadership to communicate and champion growth initiatives.
• Develops new approaches to growth and mobilizes them with operations and Odyssey leadership.
• Develops retention strategies for top accounts and new targeted accounts.
• Monitors and communicates ROI on growth initiatives and staff productivity.
• Trains onboarding team members and provides customer service training.
