Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or legal growth strategies.
• Deep knowledge of the Boston/Massachusetts personal injury landscape is required.
• Existing network of medical professionals and community leaders is highly preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities.
• Entrepreneurial drive with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify, target, and secure new B2B referral partners across Greater Boston and Massachusetts.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral partners to ensure high satisfaction, reciprocal value, and consistent case volume.
• Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships, co-counsel agreements, and referral fee structures in compliance with Massachusetts Bar rules.
• Leverage local market knowledge to identify untapped markets and growth opportunities for the firm.
• Collaborate with Managing Partners, intake, and marketing to align BD with campaigns and lead conversion.
• Represent the firm at legal seminars, medical conferences, and local networks as the face of the practice.
• Track KPIs and CRM data to report pipeline health and ROI to leadership.
• Monitor competitor movements and legislative changes affecting Massachusetts personal injury.
