Ascendo Resources seeks an experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side practice in Boston, MA. The attorney will handle motor vehicle liability and automobile accident cases in litigation, representing plaintiffs throughout the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
• Ideally 3+ years of personal injury, auto liability, or motor vehicle accident experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of personal injury litigation cases.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the litigation process.
• Work with expert witnesses, including conferences and preparation of expert reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings.
• Maintain strong communication and client service throughout the litigation process.
