The role requires building trusted relationships with NAVWAR leaders, guiding cross-functional teams, and shaping win strategies in a fast-paced environment. This is a strategic growth leadership position within SAIC's C5ISR & Training Market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of related experience.
• Deep understanding of Naval C5ISR Systems and Navy Training.
• Active SECRET clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret.

Mansioni

• Build trusted relationships with PAE and NAVWAR leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Lead opportunity identification, qualification, shaping, capture, and proposal development.
• Understand Navy buying behaviours and leverage OTAs, CSOs, and rapid acquisition paths.
• Develop winning strategies, competitive assessments, and price-to-win insights.
• Work with Program Managers, SMEs, and technical teams to create differentiating solutions.
• Drive pipeline health and deliver compliant proposals.
