Job summary

RSC2, Inc. in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced C5ISR and Acquisition Strategist to develop and deliver mission-focused solutions for U.S. Army and DoD customers.

You will analyze threats, capability gaps, and programs to craft acquisition-ready concepts, roadmaps, and actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, supporting captures, and shaping bid decisions while aligning with customer priorities from requirements through testing and fielding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, intelligence studies, national security, acquisition management, systems engineering, program management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience supporting DoD C5ISR, intelligence, acquisition, operational, technical, or program-management missions.
• Understanding of DoD acquisition organizations and lifecycle.
• Experience in business development, capture, proposals, customer engagement, market analysis, or strategic planning.
• Ability to translate requirements into executable solutions and advise senior decision-makers.
• Knowledge of government contracting, system integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment.
• Excellent writing, briefing, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel up to 50%, and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a C5ISR SME across intelligence, sensors, mission systems, tactical networks, data integration, and related capabilities.
• Analyze missions and capabilities to develop acquisition-ready solution concepts.
• Produce assessments, courses of action, and executive recommendations.
• Analyze acquisition strategies, contracts, requirements, funding, and timelines.
• Align solutions with customer priorities from requirements through testing and fielding.
• Develop acquisition approaches, roadmaps, and risk-reduction plans with proper boundaries.
• Identify and assess C5ISR, intelligence, sensing, and DoD opportunities.
• Engage customers, partners, technology providers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Support opportunity discovery, market research, and teaming; participate in captures and color-team reviews.
• Shape bid decisions, discriminators, and winning themes; contribute to reviews and content.
