Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with 18+ years of related experience; four years may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Deep understanding of Naval C5ISR Systems and Navy Training community.
• Experience with OTAs, CSOs and alternative fast acquisitions.

• Build and maintain relationships with PAE and NAVWAR leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead opportunity identification, qualification, shaping, capture, and proposal development.
• Develop winning strategies and price-to-win insights for competitive bids.
• Drive pipeline health and disciplined capture execution from opportunity to proposal.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver differentiated solutions.
