Insomniac, Inc. is seeking a strategic Director of Business Development to identify growth opportunities across the Emo Nite brand in new verticals and markets.

You will assess markets, uncover scalable revenue and develop actionable strategies to expand the brand’s footprint. The ideal candidate has deep experience in live events, nightlife, festivals, music marketing, or experiential branding, with a strong network across brands, agencies, venues, and entertainment professionals.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or brand marketing.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate current operations, revenue mix, audience demographics, brand equity, and competitive positioning.
• Identify underutilized assets (IP, audience data, brand partnerships, digital presence, community reach).
• Develop a multi-year growth roadmap with scalable, diversified revenue streams.
• Identify and validate new markets, products, and business models beyond live events and sponsorships.
• Negotiate high-level partnership agreements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Build systems and processes to support scalable growth initiatives.
