ISEC is seeking a Director of Data Center Business Unit to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and commercial direction for the High Voltage/Data Center vertical. You will drive growth, strengthen market position, and ensure sustainable financial performance while building a high-performing leadership team.

Responsibilities include chairing division goals, budgeting, staffing, and leading business development, preconstruction, and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership in construction/data center sectors.
• Strong understanding of HV/DC markets and manufacturers.
• Proven track record in strategic growth and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Set division goals and business plans with senior leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and organizational structure for growth.
• Lead sales strategy and customer relationships across core markets.
• Travel up to 50% to core markets, customers, vendors and project teams.
• Oversee estimating, preconstruction, operations and safety programs.
