Job summary

ISEC, Inc. is seeking a Director of the Data Center Business Unit to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and commercial direction for the HV/DC vertical.

The role drives division growth, strengthens market position, and aligns with ISEC’s objectives. The Director will lead strategy development, cultivate partnerships with regions, owners, developers, and manufacturers, and build a high-performing leadership team while ensuring exceptional customer service and strong business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent; combines education and related construction experience.
• 10+ years construction experience with 5 years in leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Data Center/Chip Manufacturing Industry.
• Track record of success in construction leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
• 15 years of experience in commercial construction or related manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP and senior leadership to develop division goals and business plans.
• Prepare and manage division overhead budgets; provide monthly updates to the VP and oversee office space needs.
• Define staffing strategy and maintain organizational structure to meet business needs.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, promotions, compensation, and employee relations.
• Develop the division leadership team and oversee staff development.
• Travel up to 50% to core markets, customers, vendors, and project teams.
• Define and oversee growth strategy and expansion of scope for the division.
• Prepare revenue and profit projections as requested.
• Identify and strengthen relationships with key customer and manufacturer contacts.
