Roskam Foods is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive annual profitable sales growth and expand partnerships with food brands, retailers, and co-manufacturers. Reporting to the CCO, this leader will leverage R&D strengths to win new business and build long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in B2B food sales, a strategic mindset, and deep understanding of manufacturing trends, supply chain dynamics, and health-focused innovations.

Formación

• Proven success in delivering annual sales growth and penetrating new accounts in the food industry.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in store brands, food ingredients, bakery, or food co-manufacturing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking skills.
• Deep understanding of food manufacturing trends, health-focused innovations, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% for customer visits, trade shows, and market scouting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
