Roskam Foods seeks a Director of Business Development to drive profitable sales growth and expand partnerships. This leadership role reports to the CCO and leverages R&D strengths to win new business and strengthen customer relationships.

The role requires 10+ years in B2B sales within food co-manufacturing or related sectors, a strategic entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to travel 50–70% for customer visits and events.

• Drive annual growth by delivering profitable sales expansion and beating budget targets.
• Target and attract key customers who value R&D, technical expertise, and adaptability.
• Build partnerships and pipelines through tours, demos, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales support, R&D, procurement, quality, finance, and operations.
