Tuyo is seeking a growth leader to drive customer acquisition and engagement across multiple markets. You will identify channels, build scalable funnels, and run experiments that turn inputs into meaningful growth metrics.

You will work directly with the founders and the product/engineering team to apply data-driven decisions, optimize campaigns, and create repeatable growth systems that convert users into long-term customers.

Formación

• You have owned growth for a consumer product and moved a growth number.
• You can read a cohort and pull real data to back decisions.
• You build landing pages, campaigns, experiments, and automations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize growth metrics across signups, deposits and active users.
• Identify channels for a product with novelty and scale successful bets.
• Own the funnel and collaborate with product/engineering to fix leaks.
• Build referral and sharing loops to accelerate user growth.
• Decide where to push first and how we win in each market.
• Tell the company story with clear, compelling messaging.
• Grow the team, processes and tools to support scalable growth.
