Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in digital growth, digital sales, consumer banking, deposits, product, marketing or related field.
• End-to-end digital acquisition or sales funnel ownership with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with experimentation, conversion optimization, performance analytics and channel economics.
• Ability to translate strategy and analysis into priorities, roadmaps and execution.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Distribution.
• Strong written, verbal and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
