Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a Director of Demand Generation in Provo, Utah. You will own the full demand-gen strategy across paid media, affiliates, and partnerships, optimizing channels for volume, quality, and cost efficiency while building new growth partnerships.

You will lead analytics, martech, and measurement efforts, establishing source-level reporting, budgets, and test roadmaps to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, communications, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing with progressive leadership.
• Proven ownership of significant digital acquisition, affiliate, marketplace, or partner-sourced demand programs in high-volume direct-response environments.
• Experience across acquisition funnel with strength in performance marketing, upper-funnel demand creation, affiliate/marketplace growth, pay-per-call, or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Aptive's demand generation strategy across paid media, affiliate, publisher, marketplace, pay-per-call, and partner-sourced demand.
• Optimize budget allocation, volume, quality, and cost targets by channel, market, and month.
• Improve qualified lead volume, revenue, and profitability through channel optimization and waste reduction.
• Develop new acquisition channels and growth partnerships with clear test budgets and success measures.
• Lead upper-funnel demand creation with measurable awareness and consideration programs across video, CTV, streaming audio, paid social, influencers, and local-market media.
• Oversee landing page testing, offers, forms, and self-service paths in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Own lead quality, scoring, routing, and speed-to-contact with Inside Sales and Operations to improve close rates.
• Lead marketing technology and measurement, including attribution, event tracking, audience activation, and data governance.
