Job description

The Director of Growth Marketing will lead the company’s digital demand engine, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and qualified pipeline generation throughout the customer journey. This role will develop the company’s demand generation and account-based marketing strategies while remaining hands‑on in execution, particularly during the initial stages. The primary focus will be building a measurable, sales‑aligned pipeline that contributes directly to revenue growth.

The Director will also partner closely with Sales, Content, Product, Solutions, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure marketing initiatives remain aligned with pipeline performance, revenue objectives, and broader business priorities.

Responsibilities
Demand Generation
  • Own and execute the company’s demand generation strategy with a primary focus on pipeline creation, revenue impact, and sales alignment rather than lead volume alone.
  • Develop, launch, and scale digital‑first demand generation programs across paid media, website, email, lead nurturing, digital ABM, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Manage demand generation budgets, continuously monitor ROI, and reallocate resources based on campaign and channel performance.
  • Establish and achieve pipeline generation targets while providing regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Account-Based Marketing
  • Develop and continuously refine tiered ABM programs aligned with Sales account strategies.
  • Drive multi‑touch, multi‑channel engagement across key accounts and buying committees.
  • Leverage intent data, first‑party data, and account insights to prioritize target accounts and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Develop strategies to support extended and complex sales cycles, particularly within federal and highly regulated markets.
Website & SEO
  • Own the company’s website as a key demand generation and conversion platform, ensuring it remains current, optimized, and aligned with digital marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Content to develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies.
  • Oversee the technical, operational, and performance elements of the website that support visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Forecasting & Planning
  • Develop data‑driven demand generation and pipeline plans using top‑down revenue targets and bottom‑up forecasting in partnership with Sales and Finance.
  • Establish repeatable processes and playbooks across digital demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations to support scalable growth.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and improve pipeline contribution.
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably within SaaS or complex, technical product environments.
  • Proven track record of generating sales‑aligned pipeline through digital demand generation and ABM programs.
  • Strong expertise across digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, website optimization, email marketing, lead nurturing, digital ABM, and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish data‑driven targets, develop accurate forecasts, and optimize programs based on performance results.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Content, Solutions, and Revenue Operations.
