Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Director of Growth to lead the product organization and drive customer acquisition, monetization, and retention for its direct-to-consumer subscriptions.

This high-ownership role owns the funnel from discovery to renewal, leads a growth PM team, and partners with marketing, payments, finance, and legal to grow revenue.

The role is Hybrid and based in New York, with on-site needs a few times per month; candidates in NY are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth, product, monetization, or eCommerce.
• Proven track record growing a subscription or D2C eCommerce business.
• Fluency in subscription economics and metrics (LTV, ARPU, churn).
• Experience building and running experimentation programs (A/B, multivariate).
• Strong pricing and packaging strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Set growth strategy and translate into a prioritized roadmap.
• Build and scale an experimentation engine with rapid learn-and-ship cadence.
• Optimize purchase flow across markets and devices to maximize conversion.
• Design and run tests for pricing, offers, and packaging to grow ARPU and take-rate.
• Drive retention and LTV through data-informed on-site and in-app interventions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the growth team and develop future leaders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to turn capabilities into commercial wins.
• Report results to leadership and ensure accountable outcomes.
