Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Growth and Commerce, to lead the new digital-first growth engine for small businesses. You will own the end-to-end customer journey from discovery to activation, coordinating marketing, digital experience, technology, and sales to drive scalable digital acquisition and revenue growth.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Analytics to optimize channel mix, test strategies, and accelerate time-to-value for customers using AI-native products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B digital growth or digital commerce and performance marketing.
• Experience owning a growth or commercial number and turning it into scalable outcomes.
• Experience building digital buying and onboarding experiences that connect digital self-service and sales motions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer acquisition funnel from demand creation through purchase and activation.
• Translate growth and sales targets into audience, channel, and investment strategies.
• Orchestrate end-to-end customer journey across digital and human interactions to remove friction.
• Measure, learn and scale with a framework that tracks CAC, payback, and conversion.
