Job summary

Purple is seeking a Growth Director to lead global new business sales of Engage and our AI products to marketing leaders worldwide. You will own a senior quota, build your pipeline, run consultative cycles, and close new business while collaborating with Product and Marketing as the platform evolves.

You will work with CMOs and marketing executives, manage deals end-to-end, and help shape go-to-market strategy. This is a hybrid/remote role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B software sales experience.
• 4+ years selling marketing technology to marketing teams.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to CMOs and marketing leaders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a senior new business quota globally and close deals.
• Build and manage your own pipeline from first conversation to contract.
• Lead consultative sales cycles focused on acquisition, retention, and LTV.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to shape go-to-market.
• Represent Purple at industry events and customer meetings.
