Qualifications

• 4+ years building high‑quality web and mobile experiences.
• Experience crafting marketing surfaces or growth flows.
• Strong frontend skills with modern workflows and responsive craft.
• Experience owning a design system or component library.

Responsibilities

• Own growth surfaces from design to production, including pages and activation flows.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and CS to improve funnel performance.
• Build and evolve the marketing design system to enable fast, high‑quality work.
• Mentor others and review code to uplift team craftsmanship.
