Job summary

Ambrook, a San Francisco-based fintech/climate tech startup, is seeking a design engineer on growth to accelerate experiments and broaden our platform for small businesses. You will partner with marketing, sales, product operations and customer success to drive business outcomes across our funnel and craft high-quality experiences.

You will design and build the marketing design system, ship standalone growth surfaces, and balance craft with experimentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building high-quality web and mobile experiences, with marketing surfaces or growth focus.
• Strong design instincts: identify ui issues from high-fidelity prototypes to production.
• Advanced frontend skills: performant code, modern workflows, animation, responsive craft.

Responsibilities

• Own growth surfaces (marketing site, landing pages, activation flows, checkout) and the marketing design system.
• Teach visual and interaction standards for marketing work and fast iteration.
• Learn fintech and climate tech domain concepts and how producers evaluate software.
• Improve experiment velocity by enabling teams and shaping how features ship.
