Job summary

Ambrook is rebuilding financial infrastructure for real economy operators, enabling better access to lenders and smarter investments. As a design engineer on growth, you will accelerate experimentation and craft high‑quality marketing experiences across surfaces from site to checkout.

You will work with marketing, sales, product operations, and customer success to push outcomes, while also contributing to the marketing design system and scalable UI components.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building high-quality web and mobile experiences.
• Strong design instincts and ability to ship from Figma prototype to production.
• Advanced frontend skills and modern development workflows.
• Design system ownership with component libraries and governance.
• Experimentation mindset with data-informed decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Product sense and customer empathy for marketing flows.

Responsibilities

• Own growth surfaces (marketing site, landing pages, activation flows, checkout).
• Build and maintain the marketing design system underneath them.
• Partner with marketing, sales, product ops, and customer success to drive funnel outcomes.
• Ship high‑quality experiences and bespoke widgets that improve conversion.
