Ambrook is rebuilding financial infrastructure for American family‑run businesses, empowering operators with data to prove viability to lenders. We seek a design engineer on growth to accelerate experimentation and craft high‑quality marketing experiences that resonate with agricultural producers.

You'll partner with marketing, sales, product operations, and customer success to ship standalone growth surfaces and contribute to the marketing design system, while staying at the forefront of AI

Qualifications

• 4+ years building high‑quality web and mobile experiences.
• Strong design instincts; translate prototypes to production.
• Advanced frontend skills with modern workflows, animation & responsive craft.
• Design system ownership with component libraries experience.
• Experimental thinking with data to guide product decisions.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally across growth teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the craft of growth surfaces (marketing site, activation flows) and the marketing design system.
• Teach visual and interaction standards for marketing work and maintain quality at speed.
• Learn fintech and climate‑tech company dynamics, including how producers evaluate software.
• Improve experiment velocity by enabling others and modeling high‑quality work.
