Job summary

Coinflow is building the growth engine to turn brand momentum into repeatable pipeline. You will own outbound activation, run growth experiments end-to-end, and tighten the link between marketing spend and qualified pipeline to scale revenue as we expand into new verticals.

Join a fast-growing team and collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Revenue, and Partnerships to design multi-channel campaigns, measure results, and leverage AI-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS/fintech/payments company.
• Proven track record of campaigns that generated measurable pipeline with experiments.
• Fluency with the modern growth stack: analytics, CRM, marketing automation, paid platforms, attribution.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to visualize findings with AI tools.
• Bias for action and experimentation with rapid iteration.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Revenue, and Partnerships.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City or Chicago; in-office role.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound campaign activation end-to-end — audience, offer, channel, creative, follow-up.
• Design and run growth experiments across paid, email, LinkedIn, events, and lifecycle channels.
• Own pipeline metrics — qualified leads, meetings booked, cost per qualified lead, marketing-attributed pipeline.
• Dig into data to reveal the 'why' behind performance and visualize insights with AI tools.
• Build and optimize the demand funnel — landing pages, conversion paths, forms, nurture sequences.
• Manage paid acquisition and retargeting for measurable ROI.
• Partner with content and SEO to convert momentum into pipeline.
• Maintain clean attribution (UTM discipline, CRM hygiene in Attio, analytics in PostHog).
• Test new verticals and audiences; stand up ABM for new segments.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Events to convert moments into pipeline.
