Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join the Growth Department. You will help the capture and business development teams with Space Systems, Cyber Operations, and Directed Energy programs, leveraging Salesforce CRM to identify market trends and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-savvy, and capable of supporting Gate Reviews and marketing materials, while exploring opportunities to streamline growth workflows and improve internal processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Interest in aerospace/defense tech and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• CRM Management: maintain and audit data in Salesforce; track active pursuits and generate pipeline reports.
• Market Intelligence: research DoD requirements, HEL, orbital mechanics, cyber capabilities.
