Job summary

Safran Defense & Space, Inc. in Bedford, NH is seeking a Business Development Operations Analyst Intern to support quotes processing and Salesforce updates while learning front-end business operations.

You will collaborate with development managers and internal stakeholders, gain exposure to data accuracy projects, and build skills in prioritization and professional communication. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in in related field, or comparable expereince.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Team player with a “can do” attitude.
Results driven, thorough, and timely.
Proficiency with Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident required

Responsibilities

Processing of quotes and purchase order receipts per internal business policies in support of Business Development Managers in the field.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on business processes, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Complete Salesforce updates as necessary to support data accuracy and order execution.
Become knowledgeable about the company’s product offerings to support tradeshow planning and product demonstrations.
Other duties as assigned.
