Job summary

Composio in San Francisco is hiring a data-driven growth analytics engineer who owns the analytics foundation. You will own the data lake and Snowflake pipelines, model data, and bridge product usage to actionable insights, using SQL and Next.js.

You will turn user behavior into decisions, ship growth features in the product, drive activation and retention campaigns, and collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and engineering to fuel scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Data fluency: write SQL, model data, track events, build dashboards.
• Strong engineer capable of shipping frontend and backend systems.
• Growth-minded, focused on delivering narrow, signal-generating features.
• AI-native approach with familiarity with LLMs and AI tooling.
• Ownership mindset: define, ship, measure, and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Own our data foundation, including the data lake and Snowflake pipelines.
• Turn behavior into decisions guiding product roadmap and spends.
• Build the product-led sales engine with funnels and signals.
• Ship growth features in the product using Next.js and SQL.
• Lead activation and retention campaigns end-to-end with minimal PM handoffs.
• Scope ruthlessly and collaborate across product, sales, marketing, and engineering.
