ComputerCare is seeking a hands-on Lead Analytics Engineer to own our data function, pipelines, models, and reporting. As our first dedicated analytics hire, you will turn operational questions into trusted data products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering or analytics.
• Experience building data models and pipelines others depend on.
• First or only data practitioner preferred.
• Hands-on with Snowflake architecture, performance tuning and optimization.
• Advanced SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools (Celigo, Fivetran, dbt).
• BI dashboards experience; HEX a plus; Tableau/PowerBI/Looker acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Architecture: maintain, scale Snowflake data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Build and operate integrations from NetSuite, Jira, and custom apps.
• Drive BI: manage BI layer (HEX) and evaluate migration to Tableau/Looker as needed.
• Partner with leadership to translate goals into data models and dashboards.
• Define data quality standards and maintain a metric dictionary.
• Automate recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Experiment with new tools and models to improve solutions.
• Serve as primary data consultant for operations, finance and engineering.
