Job summary

Rugiet Health seeks a Director of Data & Analytics to architect and accelerate our data ecosystem. You will lead a small team, drive Snowflake migration, and build a scalable ML-ready foundation across analytics, forecasting, and personalization.

You will report to the CGO and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to turn complex data into actionable insights and trusted dashboards. Remote-first environment with fast pace and accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data & Analytics with leadership experience.
• Strong SQL and data-modeling discipline with scalable foundations.
• Experience enabling BI self-service and stakeholder capability.

Responsibilities

• Define Rugiet’s data strategy and lead the team from infrastructure to analytics.
• Manage and develop analysts/data engineers.
• Create transparent intake and prioritization for stakeholders.
• Set governance standards for scalable assets and data quality.
• Lead migration to Snowflake and optimize ETL pipelines.
• Partner with Product/Engineering on data inputs and feature sets.
