Job summary

Ingenio is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (Growth & Creative) for Keen to join our SF office. You will manage day‑to‑day Paid Social and Search campaigns, bridging data and creative to scale users seeking guidance.

You’ll collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing, drive experiments, optimize landing pages, and partner with data, product, and design teams to maximize acquisition and CAC efficiency in a high‑volume B2C environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience in paid social (Meta/TikTok) for a high‑volume B2C marketplace, mobile app, or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record designing, briefing, and iterating performance creative driven by data.
• Strong MarTech comfort with web pixels, GTM, CAPI, and attribution tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manipulate metrics in spreadsheets to uncover trends.
• AI‑forward mindset to streamline campaigns and generate asset variations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Paid Social & Search execution across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and Apple Search Ads to maximize acquisition efficiency.
• Own the performance creative & landing page pipeline, briefing hooks, and collaborating with designers to build high‑converting pages.
• Champion marketing technology & tracking, ensuring pixel implementations and data feeds are robust.
• Partner with Data Engineering & Analytics to build data feeds, refine attribution, and translate data into insights.
• Run rigorous A/B tests across assets, copy, landing pages, and audiences to improve CAC and conversions.
• Analyze performance dashboards and surface opportunities across daily/weekly metrics.
