Qualifications

• 6+ years driving growth in consumer (B2C) products.
• Data-driven approach to prioritize and ship features.
• Experience shipping revenue-impacting products.
• AI fluency in product development and workflows.
• Strong cross-functional relationships with design and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive growth KPIs: conversion, revenue, and LTV.
• Lead strategy and execution across growth areas: pricing, packaging, monetization experiments, retention.
• Improve advisor-customer matching with personalization and AI-driven recommendations.
• Identify automation to improve advisor workflows and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality experiences quickly.
• Work with multiple teams to translate insights into product improvements and adoption.
• Engage with customers and advisors to ensure product meets needs.
