Read AI in Seattle is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate paid acquisition and build robust measurement systems. You will own multi-channel campaigns, lead creative testing, and help establish an in-house UA function.

The role reports to the VP of Marketing and collaborates with Product, Data, Engineering, and Operations to drive CAC/ROAS improvements and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling paid acquisition to tens of millions in ad spend.
• Experience building in-house user acquisition functions.
• Strong expertise in Meta and Google platforms with ongoing optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset—attribution modeling and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid acquisition across channels with CAC, ROAS accountability.
• Drive creative strategy with high-volume testing and optimization of ad creatives.
• Support the build-out of an in-house UA function to increase velocity.
• Develop and refine attribution models, incrementality testing, and measurement frameworks.
• Identify new acquisition channels (affiliate, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Continuously test targeting, bidding, and campaign structures.
• Align ad creative and on-site experience to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate on experimentation roadmaps across acquisition and funnel optimization.
