Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Manager of Creative Strategy to craft direct response campaigns that connect our brand with patients and drive action. You will lead scalable creative solutions and own the testing engine, primarily for paid social channels, while partnering with Growth Marketing and Creative teams.

You will own the creative strategy behind acquisition campaigns, build a testing system, and guide external creators and agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house B2C digital marketing and creative strategy.
• Experience developing direct response creative for Meta and TikTok.
• Ability to write effective creative briefs and persuasive presentations.
• Strong metrics literacy including hook rate, CTR, CVR and CAC.
• Experience owning the creator pipeline: sourcing, scripting, and testing.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid social creative strategy and roadmap with testing priorities.
• Run the briefing engine across Meta, TikTok and other paid channels.
• Maintain a backlog of concepts, assets, and creators to scale testing.
• Translate performance into direction and testable hypotheses.
• Own UGC and creator content with clear sourcing, briefing, and testing.
• Manage asset library, handoffs, and review workflows.
• Inspire partners with ideas from concept to brief to execution.
• Build and run the creative testing loop to scale messaging.
• Coordinate cross-functional and external partnerships for effectiveness.
• Develop scalable programs and frameworks for the marketing org.
