Job summary

Bree is seeking a Creative Lead, Growth to architect our performance engine as we scale. You will bridge high-level creative vision with rigorous data analysis, guiding a small team of strategists, editors, designers, and partnerships managers.

You will own the workflow and drive a scalable system that enhances output quality while reducing cost and turnaround time. You’ll collaborate with our media buyer to extract patterns from data, test hypotheses, and develop new concepts that lift CTR,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in performance creative, paid social, or content roles where metrics improved.
• Strong instincts for what converts in paid social and social platforms.
• Ability to build and manage creative processes from briefs to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly creative pipeline end-to-end and ensure deadlines are met.
• Turn performance data into creative direction with the media buyer.
• Define creator strategy, improve selection, and shorten turnaround time.
• Design and refine systems powering the creative team, including briefs and tracking.
• Set testing direction and approve key outputs with strong hooks and hypotheses.
• Build feedback loops between performance and production for continual learning.
