• Portfolio of static ads showing strong visual craft and a clear point of view
• Proficiency in Figma, typography and layout

Responsibilities

• Design static ad creative for Meta, Google and other paid channels
• Contribute ideas in brainstorms and shape concepts, angles and testing strategy
• Make copy tweaks and headline adjustments with the growth team
• Build variations for testing across hooks, layouts, formats and audiences
• Adapt winning concepts across placements and sizes (feed, stories, display)
• Rapidly iterate based on performance data
• Collaborate with growth and brand to keep paid creative aligned with Superpower look and feel
• Build and maintain a library of ad templates and components
